Growing up in a Pub, I guess it was inevitable Josh would become a foodie! Pulling pints at the young age of 10 and Dad’s “never go to the kitchen empty handed” is something he still lives by today.

He would often watch his mum through the beads of the kitchen door, peeling sacks of potatoes on a Sunday morning and wait for a warm baguette before a lunch service, appreciating the butter melt as you would spread through the steam.

This clearly taught him the ethic of hard work and the love of food & drink at such a young age!

MAX

THE LITTLE BOSS

Max joined the team in 2021 and has worked his way up to being an integral part of the business. Max looks after events with as much enthusiasm and energy as we bring to the table ourselves. Because of this, we invited him to be a part of the core team.

Max has over 5 years of experience working in restaurants and the events industry and has been by Josh's side throughout, together they head the operations of WeFumo today.

NUNO

MAN-O-WAR/ MR. FIX IT

A chef for 15 years, Nuno loves improvising, creating new recipes and experimenting to get as close to perfection as possible.

No stranger to the kitchen but also a dab hand at building, repair work and crafting, Nuno gets his hands dirty in multiple ways!

Aside from some delicious dishes coming from the mind of our Portuguese “Estrela do rock”, a lot of weFumo’s identity comes from Nuno’s craftsmanship.

We are a tidy and professional business…and that’s in large part down to Nuno.
